We want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Roxanne Assoulin pouch and box, ensuring the package is sealed properly.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
